Gene Autry's debut of the song Here Comes Santa Claus (Right Down Santa Claus Lane) was on the Gene Autry Melody Ranch Radio Show November 30, 1947 before a live radio audience. Gene would go on to perform the song multiple times on his radio show during the holiday season and hundreds of times during personal appearance tours year round.
