South of the Border (1939)
Federal agents Gene and Smiley Burnette go South of the Border to foil spies after control of Mexican oil fields. Full of action, humor and music, this film introduced the title song and teen performer Mary Lee to movie audiences. Running Time: 71 Minutes

Rovin' Tumbleweeds (1939)
Rancher Gene sings on the radio to aid farmers whose lands were destroyed by floods. Blaming crooked politicians, he goes to Washington and finds he has a lot to learn. Gene introduces his classic theme song, Back in the Saddle Again, which has become a piece of American history.
