Gene Autry's Melody Ranch Radio Show

Gene Autry's December 7, 1947 Melody Ranch radio show marked the anniversary of Pearl Harbor and Gene's show was a salute to "a guy called G.I. Joe, Infantryman, Sailor, Flyer, Marine – American!" Gene opened the show by saluting those who served in the military with a medley that includes "The Marines' Hymn," "The Caissons Go Rolling Along," "Anchors Aweigh," and "The U.S. Air Force Song."

Gene Autry is backed by Carl Cotner's Orchestra for this performance.
